This includes standard Gas processes, Controlled Gas Nitriding (the NitregR process) and Plasma processes, furnace capacity can cope with components from the smallest widget to one that weighs 10 tonnes and is 3.5 metre long x 1.6 metre diameter (and sometimes larger!).



We have extensive facilities located in Telford at our primary Nitriding plant but there are additional facilities in Birmingham, Letchworth and Luton. Through our responsive transport network, we can provide coverage to the whole of the UK.
